Shipping Policy
To return your product, you should contact us at contact@pokenospicemart.co.nz and we will let you know the return procedure.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Milk Delivery

We are ONLY delivering MILK in POKENO currently, please DONT place order for Milk if not residing in POKENO as we will not be fullfilling those orders or delivery

Delivery Attendance: Customers must be present at the time of milk delivery. If the delivery is unattended and the milk spoils, the store is not responsible for replacement or refund.

Eligibility for Returns: Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective products. Perishable items cannot be returned once opened due to safety concerns.

Reporting Issues: If you receive a damaged or spoiled product upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours with proof of purchase and photographs.

No Refund for Unattended Deliveries: If a delivery is left at the doorstep and is later found spoiled, it is not eligible for a refund or replacement.

Refunds & Replacements: Upon verification of the issue, we offer refunds or replacements at our discretion.

Processing Time: Approved refunds or replacements will be processed within 5-7 business days.

REFUNDS and RETURNS

Our return policy extends for a duration of 14 days. Regrettably, if 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

For a return to be eligible, the item must remain unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging.

Please note that certain types of goods are exempt from being returned or refunded including but not limited to food, vegetables, Frozen(unpacked) etc.

To initiate a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

In specific circumstances, partial refunds may be granted (if applicable), particularly for items returned more than 7 days after delivery.

If Pokeno Spice Mart delivers goods that don't match the order placed, customers have the option to return the goods for a refund or keep the incorrectly delivered items. If the customer opts to keep the incorrectly delivered goods, Pokeno Spice Mart won't make any adjustments.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, you will receive an email notification confirming its arrival. Subsequently, you will be informed whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If your return is approved, the refund process will commence, and the credited amount will be automatically applied to your original method of payment or credit card within 7-10 business days of approval.

Pokeno Spice Mart is committed to upholding its obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other pertinent consumer protection legislation that cannot be waived. In accordance with applicable laws, refunds or replacement products/services will be provided at the discretion of company management.

While we strive for accuracy in pricing and content on our website, occasional errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error (subject to applicable law), Pokeno Spice Mart reserves the right to rectify the mistake by charging the correct price or canceling your purchase. If we decide to charge the corrected price, you'll be informed of the error and given the choice to pay the difference or receive a refund. Pokeno Spice Mart holds no responsibility for direct or indirect damages or losses resulting from non-pricing errors or inaccuracies on the website.

According to New Zealand's Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI), food labeled with a 'best before' date remains safe to consume after that date, though its quality may decline. Retailers are legally permitted to sell products past their 'best before' dates. Please check date labels before purchasing, as we may not be able to offer refunds for items sold after their 'best before' dates. According to the Commerce Commission, Pokeno Spice Mart is not obligated to offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect orders you have made. However, at the discretion of Pokeno Spice Mart, items may be exchanged or store credit may be provided. Please note that the retailer is not obliged to issue cash refunds for change of mind purchases.
